Today, January 30, is National Croissant Day! In anticipation of this fun and tasty observance, I started my Sunday with a beautiful, fluffy Galaxy Croissant from Williams Sonoma. And to add that extra special touch, I created a simple croissant “board” for my whole family, complete with Bonne Maman raspberry jam, butter, blueberries, strawberries, clementine oranges and, of course, croissants!
Paired with a foamy cappuccino, each flakey bite brought back memories of the buttery, soft croissants we enjoyed in Paris as well as our recent trip to Barcelona. Ahhh…food memories are some of the best things about traveling, wouldn’t you agree?
