I just found your blog and read several of your diet/health posts.I am also very intrigued by the french paradox and was wondering if you could post pictures of european french portions ,to know exactly hom much smaller they are than american portions.Thank you! What do the french and italian have for lunch and how about dinner? I am trying to lose weight and would like to do it the french (european) way? Would you say they eat more fat than carbs or high protein ???
