		<description>Yum! Growing up, we always had these cookies at our Christmas celebrations, too. And then--just like you said--one year, they disappeared (read: great-grandma passed away). Not a single Italian relative in my family. Wonder where they came from? Very cool to know that there&#039;s a pizelle-iron out there. Could totally go for one of those sweet, crunchy cookies now :-)</description>
